About Us

Born in Marquette, Michigan in 1989, Michael Bandach spent his early childhood surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Upper Peninsula before moving with his family to Westminster, Colorado at age five. At eleven, he relocated to New Hampshire, where he spent the next eighteen years building deep roots, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

Michael entered the workforce at fifteen, gaining his first professional experience in restaurant kitchens, working his way through the ranks until he achieved the kitchen manager position, where he held that title for years. His passion for the culinary arts led him to attend culinary school. After graduation, the builder inside of him led him to begin carpentry work, discovering a natural talent for craftsmanship and mechanical understanding that laid the foundation for his future in technical trades.

In 2018, he permanently relocated to Florida, where he returned to cooking, advancing in the culinary arts industry—eventually working his way up to Head Chef of a Florida‑owned golf and country club. His experience as a chef sharpened his leadership, precision, and problem‑solving skills—qualities that continue to define his work today. 

Florida quickly became home for Michael, especially with its sunshine, outdoor culture, and thriving RV community. But his path into the RV industry began with a challenge. After Covid‑19, Michael purchased a used RV from a second‑hand dealer and soon found himself overwhelmed by hidden issues, unexpected repairs, and a lack of guidance. With no one to teach him proper RV care, he learned firsthand how difficult RV ownership can be without support.

That experience became a turning point. By 2025, Michael felt a strong calling to help others avoid the same frustrations. Inspired by his love for the camping lifestyle and his passion for hands‑on work, he began formal training to become an RV technician. He attended The National Recreational Vehicle Training Academy in Athens, Texas, where he advanced his education, practical, and technical knowledge to become a Nationally Certified RV Technician. He is also a Registered Member in good standing with The RV Technician Association of America, reflecting his commitment to professionalism and ongoing education.

In 2026, Michael and his wife, Jessica Bandach, established Happy Camper Care LLC together as equal co‑owners. Their mission is simple but meaningful: to bring joy, comfort, and confidence back to RV owners who are struggling to maintain their rigs efficiently. As Co‑Owner and Lead Technician, Michael blends technical expertise with genuine care, ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and ready to enjoy the freedom of the road.

Beyond his work, Michael is a devoted family man—dedicated to his wife, their three sons, and their daughter. He embraces the endless‑summer spirit of the Florida lifestyle, enjoying Disney trips, exploring Florida’s beaches, and spending quality time outdoors with his family.
