Happy Camper Care LLC – Ethical Statement

At Happy Camper Care LLC, our commitment to ethical service is the foundation of every customer interaction, repair, and educational experience we provide. We believe RV owners deserve honesty, clarity, and dependable support, and we uphold these values through transparent policies, professional standards, and respect for every customer’s safety and property.

Commitment to the RV Community

Happy Camper Care LLC was founded on the belief that RV ownership should be joyful, not stressful. Our ethical responsibility is to support that belief through honest service, reliable workmanship, and a genuine dedication to helping RV owners stay safe, comfortable, and confident on the road

Ethical Commitments to The Customer

Integrity & Transparency

We provide clear, upfront communication regarding all services, estimates, warranties, and limitations. Customers are always informed of expected costs, required deposits for parts, and the scope of work before service begins. We do not work from self‑diagnosis, ensuring all repairs are based on accurate, professional evaluation.

Quality Workmanship & Accountability

Our work is backed by a defined 60‑day or 500‑mile standard labor warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our repairs and our responsibility to our customers. We follow industry‑recognized best practices and maintain professional certifications to ensure every service meets or exceeds national standards.

Safety & Professional Conduct

We prioritize safe working conditions for both customers and technicians. We require accurate information about RV access, parking, and road conditions to ensure safe service delivery. We do not service units beyond our safe operational limits, including RVs over 20 years old or situations requiring roadside assistance.

Respect for Customers & Their Time

We value our customers’ time and trust. Appointments are scheduled with the expectation that the customer is present, ensuring clear communication, accurate diagnostics, and mutual understanding throughout the service process.

Education & Empowerment

Our mission extends beyond repairs. We believe RV owners should feel confident and informed about their RV systems. We take the time to explain issues, answer questions, and provide guidance to help customers maintain their RVs safely and efficiently.

Fairness & Ethical Business Practices

We uphold fair, consistent policies for all customers. We do not transfer warranties, and we do not warranty customer‑supplied parts to ensure safety and quality. These policies protect both the customer and the integrity of our work.
